Manish Kumar
President & CEO

Manish is the founder of Comnez Inc in United States and Softona Technologies in India. Manish is a bachelor of electrical & electronics engineering and possesses over ten years of technical experience in the industry. Prior to starting Comnez, he has worked with several multinational organizations both in India and in US. His passion is programming and he knows over seven different programming languages, but usually likes to work in Java/J2EE and related technologies. His technology experience comes from working on large enterprise applications developed in a global team environment for corporations such as HCL Technologies, ATG, Symantec/VERITAS Corporation and Cendant Marketing Group.

In the recent years Manish has proved to be very successful in global project management and building strong technical teams both in United States and India.

Manish's current responsibilities include forming strategies for business development, providing technical direction to the organization and building long term client relationships. He also heads the product development efforts and provides architectural direction for building robust business applications.

Rajeev Kumar Jain
Director Operations

Rajeev is a true entrepreneur. He has over thirty years of experience running profitable business ventures in multiple lines of businesses. He has businesses in Automobile, Finance, Export and Software industries. His diverse knowledge and experience in handling large operations has made him one of the greatest assets for the company.

Rajeev is responsible for maintaining and improving our global infrastructure and ensuring smooth operation of our various development centers in India.

His background is finance and he holds masters in commerce degree along with several years of successful track record.

Aparna Jain
Vice President Human Resources

Aparna is the Vice President for Human Resources at Comnez. She joined the company in year 2007. She has been very successful in integrating the HR programs and policies for our global cost centers. Prior to joining Comnez she has worked in key executive positions in Customer Service and HR for various multinational organizations. She is a business graduate with specialization in human resource management from Delhi University in India.

She is responsible for managing benefits, classification and compensation, learning and development, employee relations and career services, payroll, records, recruitment and staffing, information management, and leadership development. She facilitates the communication between Comnez and Softona (our offshore company) for all the operational functions and is directly responsible for managing HR functions and policies in both the companies.

Prabhakaran Gunasekharan
Creative Director

Prabhakaran is an engineer with a creative mind. He holds bachelors in electrical & electronics engineering with about nine years of experience in the creative field. His experience includes creating and managing branding, structuring information for print, multimedia and web designing. He is very passionate about his design work and creates extraordinary solutions through his creativity. Prior to joining Comnez he was heavily involved with interaction, visual, graphic and multimedia designing projects for some very prestigious organizations. Prabhakaran used to work as a Senior Designer & Usability Analyst at iNautix Technologies before we found him.

He is responsible for maintaining our branding and providing creative direction to our design team. He also plays a key role in our product division by serving as a usability architect to enhance the user experience on our products.

Shefali Varshney
Recruitment Specialist

Shefali is an MBA in Human Resource & Marketing. She is the lead recruitment specialist and our company's face to all the job applicants who are short listed for an interview. Her great inter personal skills and the ability to source outstanding candidates has been one of the greatest assets to the growth of our company. Shefali is responsible for organizing various training programs for our employees to ensure a progressive atmosphere. She is also responsible for employee services and counselling, compensation and benefits and several other key areas of human resource.

Prior to Comnez, Shefali was employed with Ericsson India Pvt Ltd. She also has a diverse experience working with several other multi national organizations in the past. Her passion for recruitment adds a phenomenal value to us.
