Job Description
The ideal candidate must have excellent inter personal skills with a strong background in technology sales. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of software products and convince the prospect of reasons to buy. The outside sales representative will be responsible for following up on the leads and converting them into sales.

The candidate must have a proven track record of success and must be able to demonstrate that and provide verifiable references. Sales reps will be responsible for meeting the monthly/quarterly revenue targets set by their managers.

Skills Required

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or related fields.
  • Outstanding inter personal skills is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to read/write & speak in English fluently.
  • Very good team player and should work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and the Internet.
  • Strong sales skills including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing large deals
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Self motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
  • Outstanding people skills, strong in person and analytic skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings with potential customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations using web conferencing software or in person meetings with potential buyers.
  • Liaising between the company and the customers for up-to-date condition on pricing, services and latest product release launches.
  • Continuously updating customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
  • Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Preparing reports for sales and marketing and maintaining expense accounts.
  • Meeting with vendors
  • Work closely with internal management and clients and ensure a sales success
